It is possible to track your shipment from the moment in which the goods leave our warehouse until the goods arrive at the address communicated by the customer.

The courier partner is UPS.

The delivery is without sign. If do you prefer an UPS Extra delivery with sign request, we do apply an extra charge. Please, contact us before to choose this option.

In any case, we will send you the link for the online tracking of your shipment.

Return Policy

The customer can return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods, specifying if the return is for product defectiveness or for rethinking.

In case of return for defectiveness, the product will be verified by Righi and, in case of proven defectiveness, Righi will replace the products or refund the customer for the entire amount paid.

If the product won’t be evaluated as defective, Righi will refund only the price of the product, deducting any shipment cost.

Time for replace or refund is of 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
